What we collect
When you submit a service booking request through this website, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your vehicle make, model, year, registration number, odometer reading and engine details
- The service you have requested and your preferred appointment date and time
- Any notes you choose to add
We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about your booking request, confirm an appointment time, prepare for your vehicle's service and keep a record of work discussed or carried out. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Why we ask for your registration number
So we can identify the correct vehicle, look up the right service schedule and parts before you arrive, and match the booking to any previous work. If you would rather not provide it online, leave it blank and tell us when you drop the vehicle off.
Who handles the information
Booking requests submitted on this site are processed by BluePeek, the provider that hosts this website and handles its enquiry forms, and are delivered by email to the workshop. BluePeek stores the submission so the workshop can retrieve it if an email is missed.
Nobody outside the workshop and BluePeek is given access to your booking information.
What happens after you submit a booking
Submitting the form sends us a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the time before your booking is locked in. We do not send automated SMS reminders.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and service records for as long as we need them to service your vehicle and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a motor vehicle repair business. Records we no longer need are deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store information locally on your own device to remember progress through the booking form; that data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us separately.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0451 122 207 or speak to us at the workshop and we will action it. If we cannot delete something because we are required to keep it, we will tell you why.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first on 0451 122 207 so we can try to resolve it. You can also raise a privacy complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
